Some adventure tour operators cannot possibly plan for EVERY eventuality and accidents do occur, so greedy government's "solution" is to cash in in it, bully everyone, "throw its weight around" and DEMAND compliance while "creaming off" even more of their business revenue.

If they go through with this, they will be creating more commercial liability and insurance to cash in on (when "accidents happen) and pay off there out standing debt, with more inflation on our economy. gee wizz, I sure do love our government, BAHAHAHAHAHAHA
