Any and All Crown Prosecutors
Any and All Peace Officers and Police Officers

Do statutes enjoy the force of law without the consent of the governed?
(Freeman Pete says No)

Do courts require mutual consent of both parties to the adjudication prior to providing services?
(Freeman Pete says Yes)

Does a IRD NUMBER mean we are working legally for the legal entity known as New Zealand or Her Majesty the Queen in Right Of New Zealand?
(Freeman Pete says Yes)

Can we abandon our IRD NUMBER and avoid paying income taxes?
(Freeman Pete says Yes)

Can we fire the government and exist free of all statutory restraints and obligations?
(Freeman Pete says Yes)
Do the people of New Zealand have a right to justice and can they lawfully convene their own
courts to bring charges against the existing courts?
(Freeman Pete says Yes)

If this challenge is not accepted then it shall be deemed that all of the above things
Freeman Pete is willing to debate and defend are in fact truths and do in fact
bind the government and those to whom this challenge has been extended. If this challenge is not accepted
then a seminar explaining all these truths will be presented. Furthermore failure to accept this lawful
challenge will be seen by most as evidence that the government has been knowingly and willfully employing
negligence, deception and fraud.

yes we can . on the grounds of a crime against humanity.
when they first ever brought in parliaments, they swore on oath to god that they would put a stop to porverity. over the centries, the poverity has increased to fold. to certain indivigual families, who through no fault of there own,.
, the charges are= crime against humanity,= privacy act= BLAMING others for what they are or have been themselves,= discriminations against indiviguals of there rights = abusing their power of authority..to ,to dicriminate=
when we are little. we are taught to talk, to speak and ask and answer.,but in our society today. especially in nz. they ask others to say what they think some one elses is saying and doing,. then they decide in their minds what they think the truth is, then they aply it as law. against an indivigual= with out speaking to a person verbally first, and they teach their children to do the same,..when a goverment especially in nz, has to sit in parliament and wait for the persons life to go on them befor they can abide by the law they make.when a complaint has been made of a wrong thats being done, its a very poor state of affairs.
.if a politians no thier jobs and act fairly then all they have to do is read the paper work,. and apply the rights to a person. on paper. no matter whos life is on them, this action prove that politians arn in touch with their own life and childhood.that anything that comes to thier heads is law regardless of who they discriminate against,=
the law was inforced so indivigual didn,t get discriminated against when others think they know more then the person themselves. thats why we have a law so indiviguals can speak for themselves.,and still nothing being done and still the excuses keep flowing.for not knowing thier jobs the tax payer money pays for,,and over all this who suffers, the low income people, while they sit around and argue who said what where, under gods law. and of proof of this going on . we can close parliments down. . they all swore on oath to gods that they would uphold the law. of indiviguals rights.this would not happen, and those who where put in possitions to aply this went straight out and did it to an indivigual family saying this action will save all man kind, round the world,
and when a person has to wait twenty years while they cover it up. and compound more mistakes on others,.it just goes to show how backwards the world has become.=
in greed control an self importants. of igo tripping
Freeman Pete (5/01/2009)
Do statutes enjoy the force of law without the consent of the governed?
(Freeman Pete says No)
Yes when the consent is by the majority. 50.1% is enough.
Do courts require mutual consent of both parties to the adjudication prior to providing services?
(Freeman Pete says Yes)
No. The judicial system - which is simply the extension of ancient tribal leaders making decisions, simply requires the majority of citizens to support it. Individuals who do not agree have to find another society more to their liking.
Does a IRD NUMBER mean we are working legally for the legal entity known as New Zealand or Her Majesty the Queen in Right Of New Zealand?
(Freeman Pete says Yes)
No. Taxation is a levy by the community to provide for everyone. You work for yourself, the tax is simply a tithe claimed by your fellow citizens. It pays for defence, roads, hospitals, schools etc.
Can we abandon our IRD NUMBER and avoid paying income taxes?
(Freeman Pete says Yes)
No. If you wish to do so, move to the Netherland Antilles or some such tax haven.
Can we fire the government and exist free of all statutory restraints and obligations?
(Freeman Pete says Yes)
No. Consider an example of no government - Somalia. No laws means you could drive on any side of the road you chose. Murder, paedophilia etc would have no consequence.
Do the people of New Zealand have a right to justice and can they lawfully convene their own
courts to bring charges against the existing courts?
(Freeman Pete says Yes)
Parliament can do this any time you as a voter want.

What planet are you from to think that a Democracy is a 51% majority? HAHAHAHA
So the 51% can make the 49% do what they want?
Sure mate. Welcome to New Zimbabwe maybe?

Do you know the meaning of REPRESENTATION? Do you think ANYONE can REPRESENT YOU without CONSENT? WHERE DO YOU GET THIS s*** FROM, LOL.
You say TAX plays for the ROADS???? Are you a RETARD?

Where do you get this nonsense from mate? Did you go to school, or did you buy your diploma from some Yank website?
Income Tax? Why don't you shuffle your ignorant ass down the IRD and ask them where the money goes, LOL.

You are not distinguishing the difference between law and legislation, which is the height of ignorance.

You are comparing a non governance with Somalia? Are you on Drugs?
Do you need to be told what to do? Then maybe you do need to be governed.
Ever head of COMMON LAW? Slightly different to LEGISLATION.
Maybe you should find out which JURISDICTION NZ falls under, COMMON LAW or what?

Ignorance must be bliss eh?

Hey Freeman Pete!!!!

Your a nob, and ignorant rude arrogant savage with a corn cobb up your arse.

Instead of insulting a man how about just stating your opinion?

Goodluck in life treating people the way you do.

Before you criticize a man, walk a mile in his shoes... that way when you do criticize him, you'll be a mile away and in his shoes.
