| | I'm delighted by what I am seeing come from the Government. What a grand job they are doing. Didn't labour do such a bad job in its last term...all to stay in power. I'm gutted by how they have left the country. But now we can rebuild under fantastic leadership. What a great feeling! Lets hope they can keep it up. How a 'left party' could have left their people in such a state. I just think it's disgusting. I hope in the next twelve months many of the labour party members pay the price for the destruction they have left. Corruption to the core....is all I can say. Not that any of them will take any responsibilty.

| You seriously think they are doing a good job? Even with their recent assault on workers rights with their 90 day job probation act? Or to top it off the way they undermine the democratic process (something Labour was also guilty of at times) by rushing it through without having a select committee? Or that they are going to have literacy and numeracy levels added to primary school? Although I do admit until they announced these bills they are intending to rush through I was starting to like National.

| | MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA I warned people of national and that they cant be trusted and that they are going to nz over read my previous blogs. Now I have proof, the 90 day probation bill will mean new workers can be punished for personal differences with the boss and they can do nothing about it. For instance if i were to get with my bosses daughter within the first three months of work he could dismiss me and i could do nothing about it. This will also take our freedom away from us as if we do something in our personal life that goes against the bosses beliefs then he or she can fire me and I can do nothing about it. THIS IS ABSOLUTE BULLSHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

| | The positives i can see from this bill is a worker without much skill or experience can say "hey gives a go see what i can do" the employer can give him ago without worrying about getting stuck with a person who is not suitable. But it is scary i hope national don't get c*** sure and start bringing in radical right wing policy's. |

| | Mmmm there hasn't been alot to get very excited about in the political arena this year, so I fail to share your enthusiasm shooter, I'm not happy about the ET bill being put on hold and as for nationals claims about ACC they were in opposition for 9years they did nothing then and will only waste precious money on an inquiry, they already knew ACC was running at a loss because of all the bureaucratic bulldust that lies between the A to Z list. Placing the onus on Labour is a little sweetener for all the voters who voted National, Act, &Maori Party so good one 2008 is history National are looking at the bigger picture 2011. I agree with the 90 day employment bill, it was on Labour's agenda anyway just not as cut throat as Nationals. I am really appreciating the community spirit though for the looks of disgust on having Labour govern again have completely gone however it seems to be replaced with that money's to tight to mention look lol |

| | The most positive thing i can see so far about national getting into government is, It will remind us all what they are like and what policies they like to bring in. Its been a long time since a National lead government was in and i think a lot of people forgot what they are like. |

| I have to laugh. Tax cuts on one hand. Increase in ACC on the other. Expected increase in car rego. Not mention the councils increase charges, power, food etc. We are going to get a tax cut next year, but as far as I can see the increase in everything will only end us all in the same place. Broke and dispirited by Government and big business. We are all getting screwed over and we bend over and take it every time.

| I think the blame for increases in ACC rests 100% upon Labours shoulders. Talk about BS accounting pratices.

| @Rick-
In risk of causing the apocalypse, I agree with you quite strongly on this point.
